Someone reminds me to update this blog. Tq.

So today, I found something about iCIMB; the first local bank group that gain MSC outsourcing status. It was on April, 2007. Whats interesting about iCIMB is its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Outsourcing.

Amazing that their BPO services include trade operation, call centre, account services, securities back-office and settlement and treasury operations. Who are their clients? Local firms? Foreign firms? How do they operate? Since when? More info needed.

I asked my PA to search for the info but not so much has been written about them. Well, she just need to give them a call and get more info, right? Will share with you more about iCIMB work when available.
